SRI VIJAY VIDYASHRAM SCHOOL

Sri Vijay Vidyashram is a CBSE school in Bagalur, Karnataka for around 500 children. The main challenges in this project lay in dealing with the site’s slopes and hydrology. The Master Plan ensures that the stream lines are not built upon and become part of the green open space network of the site and the buildings are located at different levels, connected by steps and ramps. The central space is a basketball court which can serve a dual function as a space for outdoor meeting, and is flanked by a large amphitheatre which can hold up to 300 students.
